Every year, thousands of hunters travel here from across the continent for Bear Hunting season. Hunters take great pride and consider it a huge accomplishment to successfully hunt this ultimate prize.
After years of successful hunts, Spirit Creek Outfitters (“SCO”) maintains a reputation as one of Canada’s Premier Bear Hunting Outfitters. SCO regularly sets up and maintains 40-50 bait stations spread throughout a massive area in Northern Saskatchewan – a region famed for record book Bears.

Lodging: A fully furnished lodge with 14 beds, 2 baths, a washer/dryer, dining room and a 1500 square foot rec room. Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit in our wooded back yard – famed for clear starry skies.
Food: Home cooked meals prepared daily with locally grown produce and farm fresh meat

Spirit Creek Outfitters – Saskatchewan, CanadaSpirit Creek Outfitters is looking for hardworking, reliable, and passionate hunting guides to join our team for the upcoming season.
Located in the heart of Saskatchewan’s prime hunting territory, we offer fully guided whitetail deer, black bear, and waterfowl hunts across a vast, low-pressure area. We pride ourselves on delivering an authentic, high-quality hunting experience — and that starts with great guides.
What You’ll Do:
Guide clients on whitetail, bear, and/or waterfowl hunts
Scout and maintain hunting areas, stands, and bait sites
Ensure clients have a safe, successful, and memorable experience
Assist with camp duties, including equipment, transportation, and daily operations
Represent Spirit Creek Outfitters with professionalism and strong work ethic
What We’re Looking For:
Hunting experience (guiding experience preferred but not required)
Strong knowledge of bush, wildlife behavior, and outdoor survival
Ability to work long hours in all weather conditions
Good communication skills and positive attitude with clients
Valid driver’s license (asset)
Team player who takes pride in their work
